Students can choose to attend either session on a Tuesday or Thursday or choose to do both sessions.
The above Class times will be affected by Public Holidays.

Class Information
Wing Chun
The Lineage of Wing Chun taught here is from the “Red Boats” (Hung Suen). It is a complete form of the art, unlike other ‘watered’ down versions. Our Wing Chun curriculum emphasizes multiple opponent strategies, weapons defence, total mind & body conditioning plus the ancient teachings of acupressure striking. It is an ideal system to learn for self-defence, health & fitness. The Wing Chun curriculum takes, on average, 4 to 6 years to complete to Gold Sash & a further 7 years to Red Sash.
Grading Curriculum
There are 10 levels of proficiency & 7 levels of mastery in our Curriculum. It is emphasized that each level will be taught individually to groups of students at the same level. E.g. Level 1 students only train in level 1 grading syllabus material, as is the same for level 2 etc. On mastery of each level, a student will be eligible for a technical grading. Controlled sparring & grappling will also be a component of all levels from level 4 onwards & will be exercised under instructor supervision.
